Due to the custom nature of our services once orders are placed changes can not be made.

No refunds will be issued unless subject listed on the order is NOT photographed for their individual photo package.

Studio is NOT responsible for order options not filled out correctly (please be sure all information is filled out correctly BEFORE you order.)

Because Color interpretation and cropping are subjective - Studio will not remake orders based on subjective color or crop interpretation. Studio reserves final say in matters of color and cropping.
